Consultation & Remote Support

The consultation / remote support fee is non-refundable once service has started, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, or remote access.

Other Services

Refunds for repairs, installations, or project-based work are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to deny refunds where work has been completed or where issues result from third-party factors.


6. Money-Back Guarantee

Any “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” or “Money-Back Guarantee” applies only to labor and service quality, not to:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Customer misuse
  • Data loss

  • Existing system damage

Build deposits may be non-refundable once parts are ordered.

  • Delays caused by site conditions may affect service time and pricing
  • Additional work discovered on-site may require separate approval
