Steps

1. Remove Screws:
   • Remove four longer screws from the top and four shorter screws from the bottom.
   • Use an electronic screwdriver for convenience.
2. Remove Back Panel:
   • Pry open using a fingernail or a plastic tool.
   • Clean any dust using a can duster.
3. RAM Upgrade/Replacement:
   • Locate DDR4 laptop RAMs.
   • Push the silver metal clips on both sides to release the RAM.
   • Slide out the RAM sticks for replacement or upgrade.

4. Battery Replacement:

   • Replace the motherboard as needed.
